High Paying Affiliate Program

We will pay you 75% of the first months lease rate for every closed lease that you refer. Payments will be made prorata monthly for the term of the lease provided the tenant stays for the full term of the lease. You will receive the prorata payment amount monthly.

If you refer to us another Affliate Marketing Person you will receive 10% of the new Affiliate Marketing Person’s gross lease rate for every lease that they establish. This does not deduct anything from the new Affiliate Marketing Person’s 75% of the first months lease rate. We will pay the new Affiliate Marketing Person 75% of the first months lease rate for every lease that they refer. Payments will be made prorata monthly for the term of the lease provided the tenant stays for the full term of the lease. The new Affiliate Marketing Person will receive the prorata amount monthly. You will receive your 10% of the first months lease rate paid prorate monthly over the term of the lease provided the tenant stays for the full term of the lease.

Our on-site staff will qualify the prospective tenants for you. You do not have to spend any money. We do it all. Your obligation is to deliver quality people interested in leasing. We will do the rest. The more leases that are registered signed by your prospective tenants the more you make. By way of an example: If the rent at one of our properties is $700/month for a 12 month lease, and you refer the prospective tenant to us and we are able to consummate a lease with that prospective tenant, then you will receive $525.00 paid over 12 months assuming the tenant stays the full term of the lease. If the tenant does not stay the full term of the lease, the monthly payments stop. A shorter lease term may be allowed and the fee will be adjusted accordingly (assuming an 8 month lease with a monthly rent of $700, the fee to be paid would be .08% of the first months lease rate paid prorate over the 8 month term of the lease provided the tenant stays for the term of the lease.
